Payment
A payment can be done by a debit or credit card over PayPal secured site. A PayPal account is NOT needed in order to process the payment. An order can also be paid by a customer’s PayPal account if he has one.
We also offer wire transfer payments by pro-forma invoice. If you prefer to communicate with us directly without PayPal, please contact us to get a quotation.
Discounts and Prices
Quantity discounts start at 5 pieces of a particular product, and are automatically calculated in the cart.
The prices already include PayPal fees.
The prices are without VAT, and are based on Incoterms ExWorks. They do not include any taxes that may arise from the customs or any other taxes at a customer’s country.
Customers from EU countries will be asked to enter a VAT number during checkout. In case the customer is a private individual (e.g. not a business individual/company) based in the EU and thus, he does not have a valid EU VAT number, the VAT value of 21% has to be added. Please contact us regarding this matter.
Shipping
We ship by DHL or TNT/Fedex worldwide. The goods are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks.
Please note we do not sell our products to Russia nor Belarus.
Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months.
